The cat must fight off ghosts and jellyfish to help out new friends. The first level is called the sunlight stage, being the closest to the ocean's surface, Google's blog about the game says. The Doodle is available to play in countries across the world, including the U.S., UK, Chile, Russia, Australia, Thailand and Scandinavia among others.
Every time a fish touches Momo, she loses a heart and the game ends if they're all lost. Players start with five lifelines, marked by hearts in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Momo has returned for this year's Halloween Google Doodle with a new Magic Cat Academy game where she must dive into the ocean to help new friends against the Big Boss ghost.
